What can I use Carta for?

You can list all your business locations. Show coverage areas for your service based on zip codes or counties. Plan an itinerary and share it with your family so everyone is in the loop. The use cases are endless.

Do I need a Mapbox API key?

No, but also yes. Carta will provide you free map views up to a limit. After that, providing your own Mapbox API key not only ensures you benefit from Mapbox's generous free tier, a $250 value per month but also allows Carta to be a fixed cost forever.

How does the free trial work?

You can sign up and use Carta and all of it's features for free for up to 7 days. To continue using the platform, you can upgrade to a paid plan. All your created maps will be available.

What happens to my maps when I cancel?

Your maps will be deactivated — which means the embed code and public URL will be disabled. Your maps will not be deleted. You can upgrade at anytime to reactivate your maps.

Can I cancel at anytime?

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation is not immediate so you will still have access to Carta until the next billing cycle. Just go to Billing > Cancel Plan.
